Notice for the Solicitation of Qualifications for Professional Services Under A Fair and Open Process

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with N.J.S.A.19:44a-20.4 et seq., the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority is soliciting qualifications through a fair and open process for the following Professional Services in 2026-2027:

Requests for Qualifications for the above may be obtained from the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118, Linden, NJ 07036 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The RFQ can be downloaded directly from the Authority’s website, lrsa-nj.gov. Any RFQ Addenda will be issued on the website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40: A11-23(c)(1). All interested respondents should check the website from now through RFQ opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.

Sealed responses to the request are required to be submitted to the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118, Linden, NJ 07036 on or before Friday, March 13, 2026 at 9:00 A.M., at which time they will be publicly opened in the Executive Board Room. The envelope containing the proposal shall bear the name and address of the Proposer and the words “RFQ for Professional Services- (stating the type of service)” on the outside of the sealed envelope.

If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

  • The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority is seeking a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Laboratory Technician position at major wastewater treatment facility in Linden, NJ. Laboratory is NJDEP certified to analyze 25+ parameters. Position will entail analyzing wastewater and sludge samples according to standard operating procedures. Required to operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment, troubleshooting, calibration checks, sample preservation and chemical reagents preparation. Perform and report calculated sample results and complete data entry. The salary range is from $60,958 – 76,690 based on qualifications and experience. Preference given to residents of the City of Linden and Borough of Roselle. Qualifications: A.S. in Chem., Bio. or Env. Science, with 3 yrs. exp. in a wastewater laboratory or B.S. Degree in Chem., Bio. or Env. Science with 1 yr. exp. in a wastewater laboratory.

  • The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority is seeking a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Executive Director.  Position reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for day-to-day administrative functions. Managerial experience in a public sector environment preferred. Consideration given to residents of Linden and Roselle. Notice of Public Hearing

The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority will conduct a hearing for the purpose of establishing its 2025 rates and charges. The hearing will take place at 12pm on April 29, 2025 at the Authority’s office, located at 5005 South Wood Avenue, Linden NJ 07036. In accordance with its Municipal Agreement with the City of Linden and the Borough of Roselle and related Municipal Ordinances as amended April 21, 2015, ORD.
