Notice RE Request for Proposals (RFP) to Provide Maintenance and Extended Warranty Support Services for APGN-NEUROS Blowers
The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority is seeking proposals to provide Maintenance and Extended Warranty Support Services for three (3) AFG Neuros Blowers and six (6) blower cores for the period commencing June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025, with an additional two 2) one year period renewal options.
Sealed responses to the request are required to be submitted to the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118, Linden, NJ 07036 on or before May 21, 2024, at 9am, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed. The envelope containing the proposal shall bear the name and address of the proposer and the words “RFP for Maintenance Services” on the outside of the sealed envelope. The respondent is solely responsible for the timely delivery of the proposal and no proposals shall be considered which are presented after the public call for receipt.
Proposal Forms for the above may be obtained from the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118. Linden, NJ 07036, between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm Monday through Friday. The RFP can also be obtained in PDF format by emailing a request to purchasing@lrsa-nj.gov. Any RFP Addenda will be issued on the website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:Al l-23(c)(l). All interested respondents should check the website from now through RFP opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
The procurement will be awarded as an ‘extraordinary unspecifiable service” as defined by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1) (a) (ii), through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A- 20.4 et seq. Such services are exempt from the public bidding requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.
If awarded a contract, then your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
