Notice RE Addendum 1 to Contract 37-19-1UV

This Addendum shall be part of the Request for Proposals for the above-referenced project. Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of the Addendum by inserting its number (1) and date (May 17, 2022) on the Addenda Acknowledgement Form. Failure to do so may subject the proposer to disqualification.
