Notice is hereby given that in accordance with N.J.S.A.19:44-20.4 et seq., the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process for Legal Services.
Requests for Qualifications for the above may be obtained from the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118, Linden, NJ 07036 between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. The RFQ may also be obtained in PDF format by emailing your request here.
Sealed responses to the request are required to be submitted to the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118, Linden, NJ 07036 on or before February 2, 2022 at 11am. at which time they will be publicly opened. If previously submitted, you do not need to resubmit. The envelope containing the proposal shall bear the name and address of the Proposer and the words “Qualifications for Legal Services” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
