Notice is hereby given that in accordance with N.J.S.A.19:44-20.4 et seq., the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process for Risk Management Consultant Services.
Requests for Qualifications for the above may be obtained from the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118, Linden, NJ 07036 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The RFQ may also be obtained in PDF format by emailing your request to purchasing@lrsa-nj.gov
Sealed responses to the request are required to be submitted to the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, 5005 South Wood Avenue, PO Box 4118, Linden, NJ 07036 on or before February 2, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at which time they will be publicly opened. The envelope containing the proposal shall bear the name and address of the Proposer and the words “Qualifications for Risk Management Consultant Services” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
