The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority has awarded the following contract without competitive bidding pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.), such services are considered; Professional Services within the scope of a licensed and regulated profession, and same may be awarded without competitive bidding and is being awarded as a non-fair and open contract; at a meeting held on April 28, 2026. The contract and resolution authorizing the same are available for public inspection in the offices of the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority.
