The State of New Jersey’s Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1-A et seq.), established a process for citizens to make formal requests for government records. The Act defines what a government record is and the mechanism and time frame for requests. Requests must be in writing, hand delivered, mailed or transmitted electronically. Verbal requests will not be honored.
In order to request access to government records under the Open Public Records Act from the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, please click on this link to download a copy of the Authority’s Record Request Form. You must complete all the required sections.
